Passionate about motorsport. Resilient and determined to turn challenges into strength.
At just fifteen, Alfie Graham brings energy, talent and a fresh perspective to Black Dog Motorsport. A dedicated home‑learning student, Alfie has shaped his education around his passions: music and motorsport. A gifted drummer with natural rhythm and discipline, he devotes countless hours to developing his craft and hopes to pursue drumming further as opportunities arise.
Alfie’s love of motorsport runs deep. He never misses a Formula 1 Grand Prix - even if it means waking at dawn - and he approaches racing with the focus of someone far beyond his years. As an avid sim racer, he spends hours refining his technique, analysing data and pushing himself to improve. His commitment, patience and hunger to learn make him a natural fit for his future role as Black Dog Motorsport’s Sim Manager.
Despite his young age, Alfie has already faced significant mental and physical health challenges. These experiences have shaped his understanding of how vital community, belonging and support truly are. Through Black Dog Motorsport, he hopes to help build a team environment where people feel safe, valued and encouraged to grow - no matter what they’re facing.
Alfie represents the next generation of Black Dog Motorsport: passionate, resilient, and determined to turn challenges into strength. His voice and perspective ensure that young people are not only included in the team’s mission, but central to it.
