The Pack Begins

Black Dog Motorsport is founded on a simple realisation: that the therapeutic power of endurance racing could heal as much as it thrills.

We are a grassroots initiative beginning in 2026. To deliver our vision we will press ahead to become a collective of drivers, mechanics, and mentors dedicated to reclaiming mental focus and building community.  We will do this initially through the intense, high-stakes environment of C1 endurance racing. This is our origin, fueled by purpose and the drive for better mental health.

Beyond the Finish Line

Our mission is to harness the high-stakes, technical focus of endurance racing to provide a powerful therapeutic outlet for people facing mental health struggles. In the workshop and on the track, the demand for absolute concentration creates a natural state of mental clarity and purpose. By building a supportive community around grassroots motorsport, we empower our team members to rediscover their confidence.  We seek to grow into providing local youth with life-changing opportunities and advancing professional research into the impact of motorsport on well-being.

Our Values

01

Resilience

02

We embrace the challenges of endurance racing as a metaphor for life. Resilience isn't just about finishing the race; it's about the courage to keep showing up and the strength to rebuild when things get tough.

Camaraderie

Racing is a team sport. We foster a sense of belonging where every member is needed and valued. This community bond is the primary engine behind our mental health mission.

03

Support

Beyond the track, we provide a safe space for men to share their experiences. Whether in the workshop or the pit lane, no one faces their 'black dog' alone.

04

Professionalism

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety, competition, and presentation. Our commitment to excellence in motorsport reflects our commitment to the serious research and impact of our cause.

Our Unique Approach

Endurance as Therapy

We seek to integrate high-pressure endurance racing with specialised mental health advocacy. The cockpit becomes a classroom for resilience, where drivers learn to manage stress and find focus through the intensity of competition.

The 24-Hour Bond

Teamwork is non-negotiable in endurance racing. By working across shifts and supporting one another through mechanical failures and fatigue, our team rediscover a vital sense of belonging and mutual responsibility.

Real-World Advocacy

Beyond the circuit, we will engage in clinical research and local community projects. Our data-driven approach measures the therapeutic effects of motorsport, ensuring our impact is measurable, credible, and scalable.
