Kelly has experience overseeing every detail of race weekends, from logistics and entry admin to equipment coordination, earning a reputation as reliable, trustworthy, and unflappable. She has guided nervous first‑timers to their first track sessions, supported drivers like Adam through life‑changing journeys, and celebrated countless podiums with families who’ve found new confidence and joy through motorsport.
